IMPERANTE BLANCO

Buttery, Fruity, Floral Finish

Background and winemaking

This exotic Rioja white wine is made with the local grape variety Tempranillo Blanco. The resulting wine is an extraordinary and crisp interpretation of a grape with much to offer.

Tasting Notes

This pale yellow color wine has notes of passion fruit and freshly-cut grass in the nose, with touches of white fruits as apples bringing to mind the characteristics from the vineyards. Seductive palate, and citric tones over a smooth background. Flowery aromas and slightly bitter hints which make it an elegant wine which becomes more fatty and balanced with every sip.

Wine Characteristics

A refined white expression from Rioja, crafted from White Tempranillo grown on clay-calcareous soils at 550 m altitude. Fermented in stainless steel at low temperature (≈12 °C) without malolactic conversion, it preserves vibrant acidity and primary fruit character. Pale yellow in color, it offers a clean, fruit-driven nose with notes of white fruits and subtle spice. The palate is smooth yet fresh, with a lightly creamy texture and a persistent, elegant finish. Ideal for seafood, shellfish, and delicate white meats.
